Highly recommend X13 property services who delivered a comprehensive service for our property business. X13 property services project managed the refurbishment and installations of energy efficient upgrades for all of our residential properties and holiday let accommodation. X13 offered expert advice on the measures that would enable our properties to be brought up to an EPC Rating of a ‘C’. X13 then installed Loft and underfloor insulation, Double Glazing, Airex smart ventilation & wireless Smoke Alarms across our portfolio. Once the refurbishments were at completion stage, X13 provided a full Landlord compliance package (EICR, GAS Safety Cert, Legionella Risk assessments, PAT) and now manage these for our business on a yearly basis.
